Class Objective:  This is a 3-day training (1 hr each day) to teach you how to create and manage your  church's social media and email marketing to your congregation and public.

Upon completion of this training, you will have learned the:

• Basics of graphic creation for your posts.

• Basics of scheduling all your posts in advance at one time.

• The Who, What, When, Why & How of posting content.

• Basics and importance of other Digital Marketing, such as email blast set-up, creation, and automation to your congregation. In addition to the mention of and importance of other digital marketing (i.e. website, video, etc.).

 

DAY #1 - BASIC DESIGN

Learn set-up and basic design of post graphic creation, tips, tricks, and restrictions.

 

DAY #2 – SCHEDULING

Learn set-up and scheduling posts for days in advance to make it easier for you to post or your staff.

DAY #3 - OTHER DIGITAL MARKETING

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

• Learn the importance of email marketing to your congregation.

• Learn what platforms to use and set-up for email marketing.

• Email creation, automation, tips, tricks/shortcuts, and restrictions.

• Introduction and why other digital marketing may be needed to be considered, i.e. podcast, video streaming, marketing with ad purchases, etc.
